SUZ12 and colorectal cancer: Generally, lncRNAs regulate their target genes expression through interacting with RNA binding proteins such as polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2) or acting as endogenous competing RNAs (ceRNAs) for miRNAs et al. To investigate the molecular mechanism of DUXAP10 involved in colorectal cancer cells, we firstly predicted the interaction probabilities of DUXAP10 and RNA binding proteins via RNA-protein interaction prediction (http://pridb.gdcb.iastate.edu/RPISeq/), and found that DUXAP10 potentially binds EZH2, LSD1, and SUZ12 (as the RF or SVM score > 0.5).
