We found that depletion of Gli1/2 from Shh-stimulated CGNPs or SmoM2-driven medulloblastoma cells (Smo MO) in zebrafish embryos down-regulated the expression of Kapβ2 (Fig 6A and 6F, S4C Fig), suggesting that Kapβ2 is a Shh-responsive gene. Here, SMO is linked to medulloblastoma.
