Furthermore, according to the immunohistochemistry (IHC) results, we found that UBE2C expression might correlate with the pathological stage of glioma patients because the IRS of UBE2C increased with increasing stage; stage I had the lowest UBE2C IRS, and stage IV had the highest, indicating a crucial role of UBE2C expression in the pathogenesis of glioma (Fig. 1E).
