In line with these findings, the expression of EZH2 and the levels of EZH2-mediated H3-K27me3 are reduced in cancer cell cultures exposed to natural antioxidants such as resveratrol, a polyphenolic flavonoid present in red grape [133]; curcumin, a member of the ginger family [134,135,136,137]; epigallocatechin-3-gallate, a green tea catechin [138,139]; and other phytochemicals (reviewed in Shahabipour et al. [140]). Here, EZH2 is linked to cancer.
