The comparison between the CRS–NCS and DZP group showed up-regulation of Snca, Atp5d, Eno4, Ldhb, Pebp1, and Pdhb, and down-regulation of Aco2, Adam17, Aldoa, Aldoc, Atp5a1, Ckmt1, Dpysl2, Gapdh, Hspa8, Myh6, Gap43, Pkm2, Arhgdia, and Tubb2c in CRS–EA rats. Here, ATP5F1D is linked to congenital rubella syndrome.
