ESR1 and Hypertension: Univariate analysis revealed that estrogen receptor positivity (OR 0.517, 95% CI 0.298–0.895, p = 0.0186) and having received adjuvant tamoxifen therapy (OR 0.557, 95% CI 0.313–0.990, p = 0.0.0462) were associated with less likelihood of hypertension; while abnormal LDL-cholesterol (OR 1.762, 95% CI 1.027–3.0221, p = 0.0396) and overweight/obese at study entry (OR 2.751, 95% CI 1.608–4.707, p = 0.0002) were associated with higher likelihood of hypertension.
