SLC34A2 and kidney disorder: In contrast, and consistent with the progressive nature of nephropathy in ZSF1 rats, our longitudinal analysis revealed a strong concordance between week 34 onwards obese ZSF1 rats and the gene expression changes in human DN glomeruli reported by Hodgin et al.
