As shown in Fig. 1b and c, the percentage of naïve T cells was significantly reduced, whereas the percentage of effector memory T cells was significantly higher in pSS patients, as compared to HC in CD4+ (p = 0.02 for both naïve and memory T cells) and CD8+ (p = 0.02 and p = 0.04 for naïve and memory T cells, respectively) T cells.
