After adjusting for potential confounding factors (age, sex, GGT, creatinine, CK-MB, peak NT-proBNP, hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia), plasma DPP4a was positively correlated with the LVEF (r = 0.175, p < 0.001) and LVSWi (r = 0.161, p < 0.001), and inversely correlated with LVEDV (r = −0.094, p = 0.037), LVESV (r = −0.154, p = 0.001), LVEDVi (r = −0.104, p = 0.022), LVESVi (r = −0.154, p = 0.001), LVM (r = −0.094, p = 0.021) and LVMI (r = −0.105, p = 0.021).
