MiR-365a expression is upregulated in breast tumors and is a potential circulating marker for estrogen receptor-positive breast tumors.15 Previous studies demonstrated that miR-365a targets BCL2 and cyclin D,16,17 NKX2-1,18,19 and HDAC4.20 In the present study, we found that miR-365a functional regulated steroid hormone, EMT, cell cycle, PI3K/AKT, and MAPK pathways. Here, AKT1 is linked to breast neoplasm.
