According to these two sub-figures in Fig 3, we can clearly see that the regulatory activities of the EWSR1, MATR3, NASP, NFIA, TARDBP and ZCCHC7 TFs increased from the control to BC samples, while the activities of the ASH1L, CFLAR, CIRBP, HMGB3, LPP, SMARCA4, SSRP1, WDR1, ZBTB20, ZNF131 and ZNF160 TFs declined from the control to BC samples. Here, ASH1L is linked to breast cancer.
