HOXA11 and lung cancer: Meanwhile, the area under the curve (AUC) of HOXA11-AS reached 0.811 (95% CI: 0.729–0.893, P < 0.0001, Fig. 1E) in lung adenocarcinoma and 0.952 (95% CI: 0.930–0.975, P < 0.0001, Fig. 1F) in lung squamous cell carcinoma, which indicate a high diagnostic value of the HOXA11-AS level in lung cancer.
