IFNG and tuberculosis: A total of 248 serum samples (48 bovine TB positive samples and 200 bovine TB negative samples detected by both skin test and IFN-γ assay) were detected, the inhibition rate of 26 samples were above 25%, and the inhibition rate of 167 samples were below 25%, the results indicated that the diagnostic specificity and sensitivity were 54.2% (26/48) and 83.5% (167/200), respectively.
