CD22, CD79b, and FMC7 expressions were highly positive in atypical CLL patients (96.2%, 81.6%, and 97.3%, respectively) (Table 3); however, the difference was not significant in the differential diagnosis between CLL and MCL (p=1.000, p=0.431, and p=1.000, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CD22 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
