CRP and Gastrointestinal hemorrhage: Post-infusion toxicities included one case of reversible severe upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage which occurred in patient No. 5 with gastric antrum invaded by metastasis 11 days after the CART-HER2 cell infusion and 2 cases of delayed fever which occurred 2 days and 4 days respectively after the infusion of CART-HER2 cells, accompanied by the release of C-reactive protein (CRP) and cytokines (Fig. 2).
