Nevertheless, when we stratified patients according to the median number of BCL2/JH copies (0.014) or according to quartiles (75 or 25th percentile), no differences in terms of PFS were observed (2-years PFS, 100% for cases with BCL2/JH ratio < 0.014 vs. 81% of cases with higher molecular tumor burden; p = 0.08). This evidence concerns the gene BCL2 and neoplasm.
