Mantle cell lymphoma, a distinct clinicopathological entity of NHL, is an aggressive B-cell neoplasm that is characterized first by a monotonous proliferation of small- to medium-sized lymphocytes coexpressing CD5, CD20, and cyclin D1 epitopes and second by frequent t(11;14)(q13;q32) chromosomal translocation [4–7]. This evidence concerns the gene CCND1 and mantle cell lymphoma.
