Importantly, we show that Prdm1 cKOK14 mice develop SLE-associated symptoms, including ANAs, hypergammaglobulinemia, and kidney immune complex deposition, suggestive of glomerulonephritis (33, 83, 84, 86), and previous studies reported the dermatitis using the K14-Cre and K5-Cre mouse models (31, 32). This evidence concerns the gene PRDM1 and glomerulonephritis.
