Of the histopathological factors investigated, we found that pathologic tumor size, lymph node metastasis, grade, stage, estrogen receptor (ER) status, progesterone receptor (PR) status, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) status, and intrinsic tumor subtypes were associated with higher NAC involvement. Here, ERBB2 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
