There was a 5.99-fold, 9.52-fold and 5.27-fold increase of the virus yields in the SiILF2-transfected cells at 24 h (p < 0.01), 36 h (p < 0.001), 48 h (p < 0.05) post-infection, respectively (Fig. 6c), suggesting that the knockdown of ILF2 favors the replication of PRRSV in MARC-145 cells. Here, ILF2 is linked to infection.
