Our present results showed that in a statistical average of 100 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma an increase of some key glycolytic enzymes occurred, namely: ALDOA, G3P KPYM, PGK1, and LDHA, while no relevant increase was observed for other glycolytic enzymes (i.e., ENOA, PGAM1, TPIS). Here, PGK1 is linked to invasive ductal breast carcinoma.
