We found that expressions of certain CYP genes is correlated with node status (N stage) of breast cancer including CYP2A6 (p-value = 0.025), CYP2C8 (p-value = 0.035), CYP2D6 (p-value = 0.027), CYP2J2 (p-value = 0.036), CYP3A7 (p-value = 0.026), and CYP4B1 (p-value = 0.046). This evidence concerns the gene CYP2C8 and breast carcinoma.
