CCND2 and prostate cancer: This analysis revealed a trend of CCND2 levels in predicting biochemical recurrence in prostate cancer patients with a Gleason score of 7 (intermediate risk, n = 246; Supplementary Fig. 6b), but not for the cases with a Gleason score of 6 (low risk, n = 44; Supplementary Fig. 6c) or the very high-risk patients (Gleason score ≥8, n = 201; Supplementary Fig. 6d), suggesting that CCND2 is a potential biomarker to distinguish the patients that are likely to recur in the patient group at intermediate risk.
