Seven (PA2G4P4, ATP5EP2, FTH1P3, ANXA2P3, ANXA2P1, HNRNPA1P33, and HSP90B3P) of the 14 pseudogenes that our analysis revealed as important for pan-cancer classification were previously found to be differentially expressed in various cancers. This evidence concerns the gene ANXA2P1 and cancer.
