The most promising result of the gene–environment interaction analyses in terms of noteworthiness was considered noteworthy at the 0.01 probability level and was noted between the variant 5q14‐rs7707921 located in an intron of the autophagy related 10 (ATG10) gene, and alcohol consumption (ORint = 1.36, 95% CI: 1.16–1.59, pint = 1.9 × 10−5) in relation to ER– breast cancer. Here, ATG10 is linked to breast carcinoma.
