The increased expressions of SPRY4-IT1, FEZF1-AS1, 91H, PCAT-1, H19, CCAT1, UCA1, HOTAIR, SNHG20, NEAT1, DANCR, CRNDE-h, PANDAR, HOTTIP, TUG1, ANRIL, PVT-1, AFAP1-AS1, ZFAS1 and CLMAT3 were associated with poor prognosis by promoting the proliferation and metastasis of CRC. Here, AFAP1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
