Several mAb targeting CSPG4 have been described which inhibit growth and progression of CSPG4-positive tumors, including mAb 9.2.27 (against melanoma [16]), mAb 225.28 (against breast cancer [18]) and mAb TP41.2 (against mesothelioma [21]). Here, CSPG4 is linked to melanoma.
