CTLA4 and neoplasm: Tumor antigen-specific humoral immunity has been previously shown to correlate with CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses to the cancer-testis antigen NY-ESO-1 [64, 65], and more recent studies in patients with NSCLC have gone on to demonstrate correlations between anti-NY-ESO-1 antibody titers and tumor stage, overall survival, and clinical course following anti-CTLA-4 immunotherapy [66, 67].
