A bioinformatic analysis suggested that CAPZA1, LASP1 and annexin A2 interact through a network of proteins, some of which are related to cytoskeleton dynamics, cell adhesion and migration in cancer, namely fibronectin23, α-actin24, and growth factor receptor-bound protein 2 (Grb2)25, 26 (Fig. 1b). This evidence concerns the gene CAPZA1 and cancer.
