Among the remaining genes, LAMA2 (selected in 16 out of 20 folds) has been detected as a driver gene in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and PCDH18 (selected in 11 out of 20 folds) has been detected as a driver in bladder carcinoma, cutaneous melanoma and in a pan-cancer analysis setting [44]. Here, PCDH18 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
