Among 32 tumor types, CHD7 was more frequently (> 50%) amplified/gained in 11 tumor types, including breast, lung, colorectal, and ovarian cancers, and CHD6 was more frequently (> 50%) amplified/gained in eight TCGA tumor types, whereas CHD3 was more frequently deleted (> 50%) in nine tumor types (Fig. 1A and Table S2). The gene discussed is CHD7; the disease is ovarian cancer.
