Since our IFN-γ ELISPOT data demonstrated that myeloma-reactive PD-1+ T cells required PD-L1 blockade to enhance IFN-γ secretion, some mice also received anti-PD-L1 antibody intraperitoneally on days 7, 10, 14 and 17 (Fig. 4a). The gene discussed is IFNG; the disease is plasma cell myeloma.
