In CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in mice without treatment, the level of mTOR phosphorylation was elevated and participated in hepatic fibrogenesis, followed by high-expressed p-p70S6K, while luteolin ameliorates liver fibrosis via suppressing AKT/mTOR/p70S6K signaling pathway [59]. Here, AKT1 is linked to Hepatic fibrosis.
