CD163 and Huntington disease: Interestingly, after stratifying patients according to fibrosis stage, CXCL10levels remained significantly higher, also in patients with low fibrosis,compared to HD (Fig 4D).Conversely, sCD163 levels decreased in patients with low fibrosis reachingvalues comparable to those observed in HD (Fig 4E), even if the baseline sCD163 levelswere extremely higher than those measured in controls (1194, 790.6–2201.7 and457.6, 279.2–810.5, p<0.0001).
