To explore the mechanisms by which ginsenoside Ro inhibits adhesion, motility, and invasion of cancer cell HT29, we first utilized flow cytometry to analyze changes in expression of various cellular adhesion molecules (CAMs) such as integrins αvβ5, αvβ6, α6, β1 and E-cadherin in the presence and absence of ginsenoside Ro. This evidence concerns the gene TWF1 and cancer.
