In support of these findings, in the present study, the phosphorylation level of GSK3A was significantly higher in the Tb4-Tg mice than WT mice after the CCl4 treatment, although the expression level of pGSK3B was unchanged in both groups, pointing to the possibility that GSK3A is involved in regulating liver fibrosis, with or without the cooperation of GSK3B. The gene discussed is GSK3A; the disease is Hepatic fibrosis.
