NOTCH1 and neuroendocrine neoplasm: This trial examines the effects of resveratrol and Notch-1 on neuroendocrine tumor tissue and the tolerance of people with neuroendocrine tumors who take resveratrol for up to three months (5 g per day orally administered in two divided doses of 2.5 g each with minimal dose-limiting toxicities according to the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Common Toxicity Criteria).
