We tested the TLR3, TLR4, TLR7, TLR8, NF-κB p65, and iNOS mRNA expression levels in the cervical tissue epithelial cells of the three groups and found that all mRNA levels were higher in the cervical cancer group than in the HR-HPV group and control group (P < 0.05; Figure 3).
