To assess whether ADAMTS-7 levels in lesions is related to an increased risk of a future CV event or death, we compared ADAMTS-7 in patients with (n = 56) and without (n = 145) postoperative CV events (acute myocardial infarction, stroke, transient ischemic attack, amaurosis fugax, or CV-death; median follow-up time 57 (IQR 32-73) months). Here, ADAMTS7 is linked to acute myocardial infarction.
