As expected, KC exposed to H2O2 had IP3R1 containing disulfide bonds, as evidenced by the lower broad band when electrophoresed under non-reducing conditions, but KC treated with a reducing agent (2-ME, H2 or pre- H2) had a higher band and lightly stained bands similar to the vehicle-treated KC (Fig. 5D).
