Using human HeLa/tau, human neuroblastoma SHSY-5Y, and primary neuronal cell lines, we found that LISPRO treatment inhibits phosphorylation of tau at 5–10 mM concentrations, which is associated with increasing inhibitory phosphorylation of GSK3β (Ser9) (Figures 6a–c). This evidence concerns the gene GSK3B and neuroblastoma.
