Control groups of mice received a single infection of P. chabaudi and were either drug-treated on day 14 (P. chabaudi day 7) or day 98 post-infection (P. chabaudi day 98, Additional file 1: Figure S1C) and then assessed for TIM3+ γδ T cells 7 days post-drug treatment.
