Zaman et al. [5] found that there was an overall increased incidence of bone metastasis in newly diagnosed patients with PCa and even at PSA ≤20 ng/ml and GS ≤ 7 in Asian males, while other studies [6–8] indicated that bone scan can be eliminated for PCa patients with PSA < 10 ng/ml. Here, KLK3 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
