In the discovery cohort (n = 209), moderate to high PD-L1 expression in prostatectomy specimens was associated with tumor progression (Ki-67, p < 0.001), Gleason score (p = 0.004), AR expression (p < 0.001), and was prognostic for biochemical recurrence (HR = 2.37; 95% CI, 1.32–4.25; p = 0.004).
