To test the effects of beta blockers on the chemokine environment in tumors of RRS-exposed animals, we examined the expression of genes that are characteristic of either immune suppression (Foxp3, CCL22) or effector anti-tumor immunity (Granzyme B, CCL5, IFN-γ, CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11) (Figure 5C–J). This evidence concerns the gene FOXP3 and neoplasm.
