As shown in Fig. 10, the protein levels of RASD1 increased in grade II (P = 0.005, n = 11) and grade III (P = 0.001, n = 11) astrocytoma tissues compared to nontumor brain tissues (n = 9), with no significant changes in the grade IV glioma tissues (P = 0.179, n = 11). Here, RASD1 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
