Firstly, the expressions of GATA3 were significantly decreased in prostate cancer tissues (Supplementary Figure 3, P<0.01), and the overexpression of GATA3 has been demonstrated to increase the chemosensitivity of DU145 and PC-3 cells to paclitaxel (Supplementary Figure 4, P<0.01). This evidence concerns the gene GATA3 and prostate cancer.
