The results showed that the percentage of FrIII Treg cells among CD4+CD25+ T cells and CD4+CD25+FoxP3+Tregs were significantly elevated in MMD patients compared to control (10.88 ± 0.8052 vs 7.324 ± 0.4782 among CD4+, P = 0.0018; 59.86 ± 2.095 vs 50.74 ± 2.238 among Treg, P = 0.0184, Fig. 2B,C). The gene discussed is FOXP3; the disease is multiminicore myopathy.
