The roles of various inflammatory factors, including natural killer (NK) cells, T lymphocytes, the proinflammatory interleukin- (IL-) 12p70 and its receptor's competing ligand IL-12p40, Th1 cytokines (IL-2 and interferon-gamma), Th2 cytokine (IL-10), and macrophage markers (tumor necrosis factor-alpha and transforming growth factor-beta), have been reported in BA patients [5]. Here, IL2 is linked to breast angiosarcoma.
