We observed that there is a significant decrease in the viability of the cell lines UFLAg (Figure 2D), Tn5B (Figure 2D), Sf9 (Figure 3C), Ld652Y (Figure 4D) and Chch (Figure 5C) as infection progressed (t tests between 0 and 72 hpi, p < 0.001), but no significant decrease in viability was detected for the infection of the Bm5 cell line (Figure 4D, t test, p > 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene CHURC1 and infection.
